Wholesale runs on prices and debts
A wholesale or small-wholesale business sells to shops, cafés and resellers, each with a price of their own. Goods leave on credit, payments come in parts, and the owner needs to know at any moment who owes how much. Stock moves between the warehouse and the stores, often several times a week.

PUNCT keeps several price types per product, sells on credit where you allow it and saves every repayment in the customer's balance history. Transfers move goods between your head office and branches, and reports show sales by customer.
Customers in wholesale rarely pay the whole sum at once. In PUNCT a sale can be paid partly in cash and partly by card while the rest stays on the customer's balance as a debt. Each later payment lowers the debt and is saved with the date and the employee who took it, so checking the balance with a customer takes minutes, not an evening.

Price types
Keep retail, small-wholesale and wholesale prices for each product, and update a price type for many products at once. The cashier picks the price type for the sale.
Sales on credit
On a terminal that sells on credit, the customer's balance goes below zero and the debt is counted automatically. Repayments are saved with the employee who took them.
SMS about debts
On request, we turn on SMS so customers get a message whenever their balance or debt changes. SMS are paid separately.
Head office and branches
Run a warehouse and stores as a head office with branches and move goods between them with transfers. Each store keeps its own stock, and branches can use the head office's price types.
Supplies and returns
Record supplies from manufacturers and importers with their purchase prices, and send faulty goods back with a return.
Sales by customer
See which customers buy the most, and how much they took on credit and paid back over any period. Filter the report by terminal and cashier.

Total debt on the dashboard
The dashboard shows the total debt and the number of debtors, and the customer list can be sorted by debt. A customer's balance history shows each debt with its date.
