Software for home appliance stores

Expensive goods, instalments that run for months and consultants who help customers choose: PUNCT counts every unit, keeps every payment and shows who sold what.

A month free, no card needed. Then from 199,000 UZS a month.

Every sale is a big one

A home appliance store sells fewer items than a grocery store, but each of them is expensive: a refrigerator, a washing machine or a television. Many customers buy in instalments and pay every month, consultants help them choose and want their sales counted, and a single missing unit is a real loss.

PUNCT counts every model to the piece, keeps a separate price for instalments and turns an instalment into a sale on credit: the customer pays the first part at the till, and each later payment lowers their debt. Reports show what each consultant sold.

Instalments are where a notebook fails first. In PUNCT every customer who buys in instalments has a balance: you see what they took, what they have paid and what is still owed, and the dashboard shows the total debt of the store. On request, we turn on SMS so customers get a message whenever their debt changes, and a payment never goes unnoticed.

What PUNCT does for a home appliance store

Instalments as sales on credit

On the terminals you allow, the customer pays the first part at the till and the rest goes onto their balance as a debt. Each later payment lowers it.

A price for instalments

Keep a cash price and a higher instalment price as two price types, and update a price type for many products at once.

Every unit counted

Each model is its own product with a barcode or article number, and its stock is counted to the piece. A stock count with a scanner shows any unit that is missing.

Sales by consultant

The cashier marks the consultant who helped on each sale, and summary reports show how much each consultant sold over any period.

Returns and faulty goods

Take back an item at the till: the money goes back the way it was paid or onto the customer's balance. A faulty unit goes back to the supplier with a return.

A warehouse and showrooms

Run the warehouse and your stores as a head office with branches and move goods between them. Each one keeps its own stock.

Expensive goods need exact numbers

In a home appliance store a single lost unit or a forgotten payment is expensive. PUNCT keeps the stock, the debts and the margins in sight.

SMS about debts

On request, customers get an SMS whenever their balance or debt changes. SMS are paid separately.

Sales by sales consultant

When consultants help customers choose, their sales are counted for them in reports.

Purchase prices stay private

Consultants see the selling price only. Purchase prices, profit and reports are visible to admins.

Frequently asked

Can I sell in instalments?
Yes, as a sale on credit on a terminal that allows it. The customer pays the first part at the till and the rest becomes their debt. PUNCT doesn't draw up a payment schedule: each payment is added to the customer's balance and the debt goes down.
Does PUNCT record serial numbers or warranties?
No. PUNCT has no serial number or warranty fields. Each model is one product with its barcode or article number, and its stock is counted in pieces.
Can an instalment cost more than a cash purchase?
Yes. Create a price type such as Instalment with its own prices. At the till the cashier picks it for the sale.
How do I see who still owes for an instalment?
The dashboard shows the total debt and the number of debtors. The customer list sorts by debt, and each customer's balance history shows every payment.
